Channels Not Loading / Spinning / Playback Errors

If all channels continuously load, display a spinning circle, fail to open, or show a playback error:

  1. Completely close and restart your IPTV application.
  2. Restart your device.
  3. Restart your internet router.
  4. If using a VPN, change to several different VPN server locations. Do not test only VPN servers close to your physical location. If one location does not work, try servers in different countries and regions, including other continents. For example, if you are in Europe, also try locations in the USA or Canada. A geographically closer VPN server is not necessarily the best route to the streaming server. If one location works, you may continue using it regardless of where you are physically located.
  5. Try a different VPN protocol where available (for example WireGuard, NordLynx, Lightway, OpenVPN UDP or OpenVPN TCP).
  6. Temporarily disconnect the VPN and test again.
  7. If you are not using a VPN, try connecting through one and test several locations. Even if you have used the service without a VPN for months or years, network routes can change over time. Your internet connection may suddenly have difficulty reaching the streaming server even though your subscription and the server are working normally. A VPN provides a different network route and can therefore restore access.
  8. If available from your VPN provider, try a Dedicated IP.
  9. Test another internet connection where possible, such as mobile data.
  10. If you have multiple connections, make sure each device is using the login details assigned to that connection. Do not use the same connection simultaneously on multiple devices, as this can result in playback or connection errors

Important: A VPN being connected does not automatically mean that its current server can reach the streaming service. One VPN location may fail while another works normally.

If only ONE or a FEW channels are not working: please send Support the full channel name exactly as shown in your app, including the country and resolution.

Example: [US]GTC TV HD

This allows the support team to identify and test the exact stream affected.

Error 511 / HttpDataSourceException / Similar Connection Errors

These errors can occur when the IPTV player is unable to establish or maintain a connection to the stream. The steps below can be observed:

  • Change your VPN server/location several times and try other regions/continents.
  • Change your VPN protocol.
  • Restart the IPTV application after changing VPN settings.
  • Test briefly with the VPN disconnected.
  • If you normally do not use a VPN, test with one.
  • Restart your device and router.

If one VPN location works while another does not, continue using the working location. Xoomstv does not control third-party VPN servers or their routing.

Playlist is Empty / Playlist Will Not Load

If your IPTV player reports that the playlist is empty or fails to import/update it:

  1. Select Retry/Refresh.
  2. Completely close and reopen the IPTV application.
  3. Restart your device.
  4. Clear the IPTV application’s cache where supported.
  5. Confirm that your username, password and server URL have been entered exactly as provided.
  6. Remove and re-add the playlist using the Xtream Codes login details from your activation email.
  7. Change your VPN server/location and protocol.
  8. Test briefly with the VPN disconnected.
  9. Reinstall/update the IPTV player if necessary.
  10. Try your credentials in another compatible IPTV player.
Invalid Login Details / Unable to Login

Try the following steps:

  • Re-enter the username and password exactly as provided.
  • Check for accidental spaces before or after the login details.
  • Confirm that you are using the correct server URL.
  • Change your VPN server/location.
  • Change the VPN protocol.
  • Test with the VPN temporarily disconnected.
  • Completely restart the IPTV application.
  • Try another compatible IPTV player.

“Invalid login details” error is commonly linked to an IP or network routing issue. If your login details are correct, testing with a VPN is required. Try several VPN locations in different countries/regions

Buffering / Freezing / Channels Cutting Off

Buffering does not automatically indicate a server problem so at first;

  • Try several different VPN locations.
  • Check your internet connection: Slow or unstable internet can cause buffering, freezing and channels dropping. Run a speed test on the same device/network used for IPTV, preferably while the problem is occurring
  • Change the VPN protocol.
  • Restart your router and device.
  • Completely restart the IPTV application.
  • Test without the VPN.
  • Test another network if available.
  • Check whether the problem affects all channels or only specific channels.

If only specific channels are affected, please provide their exact names when contacting Support.

VPN Problems

If your service suddenly stops working while using VPN:

  • Change to another VPN server, even within the same country.
  • Test several different countries/locations.
  • Change the VPN protocol.
  • Restart the IPTV application after every VPN change.
  • Test briefly without the VPN.
  • If available from your VPN provider, switch to a Dedicated IP.

If changing VPN location restores the service, continue using the working server.

IPTV App Problems / App Will Not Install

Your Xoomstv subscription provides access to the IPTV service and your login credentials. IPTV player applications are separate third-party products.

Apps, Downloader codes and installation links provided by Xoomstv are offered as a courtesy only. We do not own or maintain these applications or their download sources and cannot guarantee that a particular code, link or application will remain available.

If an app or Downloader code no longer works:

  • Search your device’s official app store for a compatible and verified IPTV player.
  • Obtain the current installation method directly from the application’s provider.
  • Try another compatible IPTV player.

An app being removed, unavailable or incompatible with your device does not mean your Xoomstv subscription is inactive.
